Sandvox no longer works and the manufacturers, Karelia Software, seem to have gone out of business. So, why is Sandvox still advertised in the App Store?
It's the same with me since I updated to Ventura. If you have an older Apple computer, pre Ventura, you should be able to open Sandvox - transfer your Sandvox file over via USB. Long-term it would be best to get new software, which I will be doing
I think you have to use older systems. These guys have strung me along for several years. I have written them, e-mailed themand even called them. They should be removed if they are not going honor their commitment.
Karelia/Sandvox is no longer in business. I did not realize this and built a website with Sandbox, could not upload the files and emailed their support. There was no reply to multiple emails. They did however, manage to charge my card. I closed my account, thus losing my domain, and now I am waiting to see if I get a refund.
