battery health draining

in last 30 days my MacBook m1 battery health reduced 98 to 87

my electric line and charger is perfect

now what should I do?

I would set up an appointment at an Apple Store or an Authorized Apple Service Provider and have it evaluated as you may have a faulty battery.
