On Finder , When pressing the spacebar , The file openes with an option to use Preview.
How can open every finder file using spacebar with Preview ? ( without using the opened file as in the print screen )

You can’t. Spacebar invokes QuickLook. QuickLook offers the ability to open the file in the default app. All files that can be previewed in QuickLook may not be able to be opened by Preview. If you want to open the file, use cmd-down arrow.
