Music app stops Working “resource unavailable”

iphone 14 pro, iOS 16.3.1 music from wifi stops with an error “resource unavailable” can’t be resolved by closing the app. Plays music downloaded fine. Have a really stable wifi so this is not the issue. Me wifi use iPhone 12 Pro with not problems is a a but in iPhone 14 pro ?

See if a force restart helps: Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (AU)


Also, updating to 16.4 is a must.
