I entered the wrong password and my phone got locked. Trying to erase iPhone via iCloud Find Mine, site hangs after starting device search. The app hangs after launching "Erase this device". Can you tell me what the problem is, thanks in advance.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.
The security lock timer on the iPhone 11 Pro Max hangs and after rebooting, the time is restarted, i.e. not from the moment of hanging. The "Protect Lock" message was there, but there was no "Erase [device]" item in the bottom corner of the screen. After the reboot, the message "iPhone device is unavailable" .
