Why has the battery symbol of the iphone SE turned yellow?

Hello once more~ Getting the battery changed is not complicated and learning the “new” stuff isn’t either. I understand that it can seem a daunting task. She would probably do very well with the changes. I am going to post the repair link and the compare iPhone link as a new iPhone may be best. I still have my old SE and use it for a camera and listen to music with it. I love that little phone! I have an iPhone 12 mini now and may need to make some of the very same choices myself soon.
