Bought a apple watch SE 40mm and 44mm, the 40mm battery totally dead. Is it Normal? 40mm is totally fine.

It's unusual but possible. The Watch SE was released in September. If you somehow got one that was manufactured then and which has been sitting, especially if it was somewhere cold over the winter, that could happen. If it charges up normally, it's probably fine. My one concern would be if you bought it somewhere other than from Apple or an Authorized Apple Reseller. If that's the case, you may not have the full year warranty so, keep a close eye on it.
If you bought it from Apple, you can return it with 14 days. If that's feasible, you may want to just return it and buy another one.

44mm is okay...
I bought in Apple Dubai Mall... we charged and tried pressing the On button and the apple logo appears... We sync with the phone and seems now okay... Thanks for the heads up with the 14 days... Your analogy is somehow correct due to some factors... Thanks!
