as I am an second owner of this so I have change the Apple ID and created new one after that while updating App Store a pop up came the I have to sign in at the first owner app I’d but I don’t know the password !!
Solution ??

Check with the first owner that it's been removed from Find My and then restore it.
Those applications have their Apple ID stored inside them; while they can be deleted and redownloaded, you may run into other issues without having this properly handled.
