Battery Health

Help! I bought an open box Mac Air M1 last June, with a Maximum Capacity of 100% and a cycle count of less than 50.

I recently noticed a "Service Recommended" caution, and I checked the battery health only to discover it's 79%, but still at a Cycle Count of 159.

How is this possible and what can I do?

The battery also drop 10% in 40 minutes and I was only using Safari. Is it common or do I need to worry? Please help me with this.

It sounds as if something may be wrong with the battery. Make arrangments with Apple to have it evaluated:
