Text messages sent me an Apple ID I didn't request
Is a legit apple number? I got 2 text messages sending me an apple ID i didn't request.

Probably a scam. Apple will not send unrequested SMS messages for any reason.
Ignore them.

Though someone may be using your number as a trusted number to get 2 factor Authentication codes. In which case you may be gettin codes for them.
Contact your friends and relatives and see if anyone used your number as a trusted number.
