hello, can anybody advise me why my phone won’t allow me to make or receive calls when I’m traveling in Europe?
My provider is Virgin Mobile and they have been unable to help me with the settings I gave.

Thank you for your reply. I had a very long call to Virgin yesterday, all my setting are correct. Their answer was it’s your phone that is the problem!!

Do you have Roaming turned on in Settings/Cellular (Settings/Mobile Data on some models)? Have you asked Virgin Mobile if roaming is enabled on your phone? Do you have a roaming plan?
