microsoft word permission denied

Out of the blue MAC OS is saying "Your do not have permission to open the application "Microsoft Word.app" then Word crashes. Excel and PPT launch and run just fine. Looked at permission on the app and they look fine. Just upgraded to Big Sur 11.7.5 for S&Gs with no change.

Access privileges denied, Word, Ventura 13.3.1 After creating 2 word documents, and trying to save them, a message appeared that "Word cannot complete the save due to a file permission error". I made a TEST Word document and named it 'TEST'. When I tried to close it, a message appeared that "Document 1 cannot be saved". And it closed, and it did not save as Doc. 1. I look in the file and I see TEST doc is saved. Why does this message appear, but the document is saved? When I tried to open the document TEST, message appears "Word cannot open the doc; user does not have access privileges. I followed the steps at support.apple.com, the MAC os Ventura 13 User Guide steps, but they did not resolve the issue. There are 2 users on my laptop, I am the administrator. Anyone else experience the same problem?

Microsoft Word on Mac blocked document Cannot open the Word application, because the document " Microsoft protecting your Privacy" is stuck, only Force Quit works. Going in circles on the Microsoft account website through security and privacy panels, no luck. Thank you for helping.
