face id and Passcode option not available in settings
I am not able to see the face id and passcode option in my settings and also not able to change passcode and access my face id

You might have enabled restrictions in your Screen Time.
See this support article:--> Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch . Check and adjust all restrictions (specifically at the section "Allow changes to other settings and features").
When done, restart your iPhone.
