My iTunes account has been disabled

Hello my iTunes account has been disabled that is when I can’t buy anything now that I’ve ran out of storage I can’t buy more so can you help me please

And because of this I was buying stuff that I didn’t know it was me and I reported it to the bank the police have disabled it
