Apple Watch stop asking me to record a walk

I have a Watch 4 running latest OS and a MBP same.

I want the "Looks like you are taking an outdoor walk!" I want to go for a walk and I could care less if it is recorded. I find the jiggling my wrist annoying.

I tell it to mute for the day in my morning walk but that day is some theoretical day someplace.

I want to track my steps but that is it.

How do I delete this annoying app?

iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, Workout

Turn off...

  • "start workout reminder"
  • "end workout reminder"

However you will find outdoor workouts more accurate using GPS distance as "steps" will be recorded through the day just messing around at home or work.

You're very welcome

The only place to ask for better features is at https://apple.com/feedback

They will not reply but they do take notice.

They don't read these forums or any others unless it gets into Forbes or higher.

Pages has still a long way to go but it has improved drastically over the last 5 years and I use it all the time now.
