Apple watch series 8 child (baby) lock

My 14 month old is obsessed with my Apple Watch and just keeps trying to play with it and make it light up, particularly when I’m putting her to bed. Water lock mode doesn't work for me as she figures out how to open it due to the animation and it is like a game to her and theatre mode she can still tap the screen and it becomes interesting. This is driving me crazy as she cries if I take it away.
