Intermittently my iPhone X opens and the view is magnified

The view is so magnified I can’t sign in. I’ve restarted the phone successfully. But it keeps happening.

To disable the zoom function, double tap the screen using three fingers.

iPhone 12 Pro has a magnified Home Screen Sometimes my wife’s iPhone 12 Pro has a magnified Home Screen and won’t allow her to open the phone. To get it to return to normal we have to hard reset it. Does anyone have an idea of what the problem might be?
