Status audio overlapping with other status

Dear team,

i tried restarting my iphone.

the problem is.. when I play any video status on WhatsApp, let me not play the complete video status and tap on screen to switch to new status.

Now my current status will have two audios, most probably the audio of my older status that i have skipped

Please help me to fix this
