Connected to mac message spamming

every time I open my phone. A message pops up saying connected to mac ; pause ; disconnect and stays there for 5 seconds


its getting very frustrating.

You may have chosen your iPhone’s Microphone as a sound input on your Mac. Double Check as follows:

Your iPhone mic is available separately to apps that offer a mic setting. On your Mac, you can choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click Sound in the sidebar, then de-select your iPhone mic in the Input tab and select the built-in Microphone on your Mac.
