Colorful streaks on my iPhone 13 Pro Max camera.

I recently noticed that my camera has these weird colorful streaks on the camera. In regular photo mode it only appears if I zoom more than 3.5x. It always appears in portrait mode. It not only appears on the camera, but also on the photo I take. My software is up to date, and this has only started recently. There was no change in settings, that was made, it randomly appeared.
