No Recent Calls after 16.3.1 Update

No Recent Calls after 16.3.1 Update

The update 16.3.1 update left my iPhone 13 with no recent calls. I have tried the following:

Power down phone
Toggle Airplane mode
Set date time to automatic mode
Reset network connection
Free up memory so only 1/2 is used
Toggle Wifi and bluetooth

And still none of the recent calls before the update are there.
