When I'm on the phone - since 2 updates ago - today is 3.21.23 - the little speaker icon comes on and off- and it mutes the caller and myself- I click on the speaker and nothing happens - it is random - but it happens frequently- any ideas? iOS version 16.3.1 iPhone 11

This is different from a normal restart where you just turn your iPhone off, then on.
