Dell Docking Station connected devices are not detected

Hi,

I bought a MacBook Pro with the new M2 processor. To connect 2 external monitors I bought a Dell Docking Station D6000. With the DisplayLink Software, the displays work fine. Unfortunately, the connected devices to the Docking Station are not.

If I let the Docking Station cable connect to the Mac and start the Mac, only the displays are detected. All other devices like the headset, the camera, etc. not.

I figured out a workaround for all who have the same problem. I have to unplug the Docking Station first, wait until the Mac is up and running and then I can plugin the Docking Station cable and all the other devices will be detected.

My Mac runs on macOS Ventura Version 13.2.1

Does anyone know how to get things running in the first place?

I got a new Macbook Pro M2 with Ventura 3.2.1 installed. Also got the Dell D6000s docking station. The display driver doesn't work and I can't connect with the external monitor through the Dell. If I use the HDMI cable directly into the external monitor then it works. It is the Ventura 3.2.1 problem with Dell drivers that I am seeing in some other forum. Is there a fix yet?
