Good luck and let me know if find any actual help. My devices have been compromised over and over again for 3 years now. I finally got it back on my own and then the new iCloud email and backup email were compromised. That’s how it happened the first time. My passwords were changing. I found the security emails in my exes apple inbox.

the iCloud acc still active. And phone number last 2 digits are his LOL can’t make this crap up. I have spoken to customer service twice since getting this iPhone ( number 13 in 3 yrs, both android and iPhone) and when reported hx and current status. 0, Zero concern.

Police? Bahahaha they were more annoying and stressful than my privacy in own home being gone. Find every excuse why ITS NOT HACKED. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG. pfff

feel for ya. It happens a lot. More than any organization or company wants known. Zero help, zero understanding or concern. In Canada anyway.

Apple is a company that sells electronic devices; they are not staffed or trained to be an investigative entity.

Everyone needs to educate themselves on how to minimize the chances of becoming ID theft victims. Never share a device or sensitive information and never download anything unless you know what it is. Do not store sensitive information online as hackers will be able to steal most anything. And report anyone who commits a crime to the authorities.

Sorry there is no central place that will help with such problems.
