Can't block Twitter on iPhone

After the recent OS update (on iPhone 11), blocking twitter access through the blocked website list under Screen Time -> Content Restrictions longer works. I have tried different variants of the url (twitter.com, mobile.twitter.com, https://mobile.twitter.com, etc) and I can still access it. Surprisingly, I even tried switching to "Allowed Website Only" with the default list and even there I can still access Twitter.
