Shortcuts don't appear on Apple Watch (SOLUTION)

Devices: iPhone Pro 13, Apple Watch 8 (GSM, 45mm)

Issue: after pairing the new watch the Shortcuts did not appear on the watch.

Steps that were completed with no success:

1. Activated all shortcuts for Apple watch in the Shortcuts app (Select shortcut, Info, "Show on Apple Watch")
2. Unpair watch and pair it back again.

Steps that solved the issue:

1. iPhone: Settings, iCloud, in Apps Using iCloud expand and find Siri and Shortcuts and allow iCloud sync.
2. Check Shortcuts on the watch - you will see all shortcuts there in a few minutes.
