I'm going to have my iMac migrated to a Mac Mini, and I would like to password protect the folder where I store my passwords. Or, would it be best to drag the folder off the iMac onto a flash drive, before it is migrated? Thanks Allan
It would be best to copy your sensitive files to an external drive or a flash drive, then delete them from your iMac before migration to the Mac Mini.
But if you are doing the migration yourself there is no reason to worry about this.
may be easier to just create more users and not let other people use the mac with your user
I would also like to password protect the Documents folder, where my Quicken files are located.
