We'll be glad to help you out. To sync your iPod, you'll need to use Finder or iTunes. This isn't done via the Music application. Your options may be limited, as this type of iPod is no longer supported by Apple. You could try erasing the entire iPod and then syncing over the music you want, but without support available we wouldn't be able to suggest any other steps.
