Apple Care+ double charge

Anybody being double charged for purchasing Apple Care+ for 1 of their devices? I had this happen to me twice. In Feb with my iP 14 Pro and yesterday with muy AW 8. I called Apple and they assured me that there's only 1 charge. I can't believe a company like Apple is having these type of issues.

I did via the Apple webpage. It only showed 1 device. We don't have a monthly plan like in the US. In México we only have the one time purchase for 2 years. Only did it once and immediately my bank account showed 2 charges for the same AC+ for the AW. Like I said on my original post, this is the second time it happens. First time it happened with my iP 14 Pro and it took 3 weeks approx. to get it fixed. I got my refund.

I have to call them tomorrow if not till Monday to get it fixed. The bank has 2 apps and on the main one it shows 2 charges for the same amount. The second app is so you can manage the cards and set limits and stuff like that and turn them on and off. I made the purchase via the Apple website and I got the notification for the amount noted in the page. No issues there. I went to my main bank app and saw the 2 charges, but I only see 1 charge on the second app. I got the receipt and that's it. I used a digital cc, not the physical one. I know I will get this solved, but this shouldn't even happen.
