I love the idea of being able to set waypoints on the Apple Watch, particularly the Ultra, but the really interesting feature would be to find them on my maps app so that I could find them on my Mac or my iPhone.
Has anyone found a way (or an app) that can do that?

I found what I posted in a goggle search, but honestly haven't used waypoints on my Apple Watch Ultra.
I think since I don't actually have real experience here, it may be best for you contact Apple Support for guidance directly.

To see apple watch ultra waypoints on an iPhone, open up the Compass app and click the Waypoint button on the bottom left side. This will create a waypoint for your current location, as well as the ability to customize the name, color and icon.
