Is there a mechanism to automatically have downloaded apps on multiple devices always be the same? I understand the one in Settings > App Store > App Downloads, but wonder if there’s a way to delete an app from one device and have it deleted from all? It’s a really frustrating exercise to go through them one by one!

I don't believe that there is any setting to mirror the deletion of apps on all of your devices.
