How do I log into Apple Music on a new phone

How do I log into my Apple Music on a new phone? It keeps saying this subscription is already being used

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16

To clarify, are you using an iPhone? If so, are you using these steps to sign into the Music app, on your new phone:

  1. Open the Apple Music app.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.
  3. Choose Sign In.


Is so, we suggest that you verify your settings using the following steps:

  1. Open the Apple Music app.
  2. Tap Listen Now.
  3. In the upper-right corner of Listen Now, tap the photo icon my account button or your photo.
  4. At the top of your screen, tap [your name] View Profile.

5. Select Account Settings and verify if your Apple ID is there. If so sign out and back in to see if that helps. If you're not signed in, enter your Apple ID credentials to see if that helps.


If the issue persists, we also suggest completing these steps:

Restart your iPhone. This may seem like a simple step to take but can often resolve several issues.

Update your iPhone. Completing this step ensures that your device has the latest fixes. (Secure your data with a backup)
