Video Not Available MLS full game

I have the same issue. Yesterday, some full game replays were not available while others were. Today, the app shows that all full game replays are there, but cannot play the ones that were missing yesterday (for example, I cannot watch Philadelphia vs Montreal 90 min. video). I get the same error message as mentionned above. This is happening on all my devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and LG os). I reinstalled the Apple TV app on my LG and it did not fix the issue.

Apple need to fix the MLS app and support before they start loosing subscribers!

Additionally, i can watch the full replays on my Ipad and on my laptop, but not on my TV (Comcast (Xfinity) app) I get the same error message RSL74 got. I even went to settings to check the connection and it says no problems detected. What is up??

1. When did this start to occur on your device?
2. Which model are you using, and what's the exact OS version installed on it?
3. You mentioned deleting/reinstalling the Apple TV app on your device, which is a great step. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart. Have you already tried one for your device?
4. Are any other videos within the Apple TV app having the same error message show?

I have not seen a single reply! Comcast on my Samsung TV must be the problem. Holding the "Season Pass" button only ever presents on option; the 7 minute summary. There is no way to choose a full replay.

This stinks and Comcast/Apple must fix this...

Like the person that says he gets a msg saying "video not available", I found that if I have to work on Saturday and/or the weekend, I'm SOT to be able to watch even a replay of a game or games that I wanted to see because all I get are "recaps" not replays. I don't think this is fair to the consumer. I'm paying to be able to watch one or two MLS games, but none are "saved" by AppleTv for replays that people who can't watch them on the weekend all they get are "recaps". This to me is unfair and really a waste of money on my account. All other stations, Paramount, Fubo, Fox, ESPN+, keep the played games on the weekend for one or two extra days for people who were unable to watch the games on the weekend, can come and see the "saved" games say on Monday or Tuesday. Why does AppleTv not do this? If you want more consumers, give something back to them. Just saying.

the highlights work fine but the full games in both Spanish and English give the same error

Actually, I can now see the full replay. Scroll down to Past Matches. Select what you want to see. When you can see "Watch Recap" & "Add to Up Next", scroll down. Then you can see Full Replay (English or Spanish) & Recap as well as highlights and other options.

I've been trying all night to replay the Nashville vs America MLS soccer game (in english) all night and it won't load. I've tried on multiple TVs, restarted, etc. For what I am paying for Apple MLS, you would think I could watch the games I want. I realize Messi isn't in the game and he's all you seem to care about, but the other MLS teams are still important to me....This isn't the first time I've had this replay issue with Apple MLS. Please fix this issue.

Has anyone been able to fix this? Last weekend I could watch the full replays but not today.

What has two thumbs and canceled their subscription? This guy! Ridiculous that I was paying for a service that didn't even work properly. Good luck to the rest of y'all

Apple TV+ MLS Season Pass match replay is unavailable for MIN vs POR on 1 July 2023. Older matches are working fine. 

The MIN vs POR game was the second Portland game not available. There is nothing about this issue that I can find. Apple TV insists that all games are available. Any ideas?
