Apple Watch strap
I recently purchased a new Apple Watch for my mother and we bought the strap in a hurry as the store was about to close. The strap is still sealed in the box, would we be able to exchange it for another one?

You should be able to return or exchange the item within 14 days of purchase. See the 'Exchange an item' section in:

"If you purchased your item from Apple in the U.S., you can take it to any U.S. Apple Store for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability.
