PHONE HEATING UP (FACETIME VIDEO)
Why is it that if I use FACETIME VIDEO, my phone heats up. But if I use MESSENGER app, my phone won't heat up.

There can be numerous reasons why a device gets warm, as explained on the article If your iPhone or iPad gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support which we see you found. Video requires more power and puts a higher demand on the iPhone, which is why you're noticing a temperature change as opposed to Messages which requires comparatively little power.
