Can't Change Media Kind in Music 1.3.3.2 (Ventura 13.2.1)

This issue seems to have remained unsolved for years now--I think it first appeared in Catalina. None of the solutions suggested in this thread have worked for me. When I try to re-categorize media from music to audiobook (or podcast, voicememo, etc.), using Get Info>Options, the drop-down menu only shows "Music." I do not have iCloud music syncing turned on--I don't even see that option in Music's settings any more.

Anybody have any ideas?

Under Details is Genre to change tracks to an audiobook. Voice memo's don't have a category (they're blank). Nothing about Podcasts either.
