Why can’t I update my apps with my new Apple ID?Is there a way to use my new Apple ID without having to delete the app?If I have to delete the app how can I get my data back?

Apps are permanently attached to the Apple ID used to download them in the first place. Unless you sign in with the old ID and update them from tehre, you cannot update them. You will have to delete them entirely and redownload them. This might entail data loss.
