homepod 2nd gen no bass

My homepod 2nd gen practically have no bass. If i toggle the reduce bass button almost no difference, can apple bring back the sound of the 1st gen HomePod, the sound was way way better. The 2nd gen sounded good for 2 min when i first plugged in, after the optimization the sound was terrible. It sound like 2 homepod mini together. I want bass please.
