Sometimes videos in safari and Reddit won’t play

Can you let us know more about the issue, so we can better assist you? For example, does this happen with all videos, or only specific websites? It seems like this is happening in Safari as well as the Reddit app, is that correct? Do you receive any errors when trying to play a video? If so what does the error say?
