Awards gone on iPhone and not updating on Watch

Hi

I purchased a new Apple Watch on March 5. On March 6 got the 200% and 300% Move Goals and I could see them on the Fitness App on my iPhone. On the 7th and 8th I also moved 200% and 300% and (on the 8th I did a workout of more than 20 minutes). Neither day did I get the Move Goals and on the 8th I didn't get the Women's Day challenge badge.

Reading the forums here I rebooted my Watch and iPhone and now all my awards have disappeared from Fitness on the iPhone. And they are still not updating on the Watch.

Just to be completely clear. We are talking all awards on the iPhone, I don't see monthly challenges, move close months, and I have several years worth.

On the watch we are talking ALL limited edition awards as far back as at least 2018. Also the awards I do see on my Watch are not updating to reflect my actual activity. So I have closed my Move ring 200% everyday this week but the last time it shows as updated was a few days ago, it annoyingly tells me that "you need 0 kilocalories"... but doesn't give me the award. Longest Move Streak is completely broken.

If the awards still don’t appear after nine days of earning them, restart both your device as this could have an impact on the issue. You can read how to do this in the following links:

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you're missing some Fitness Awards, and we want to make sure you're getting the awards you've earned! Work through the steps below to help resolve issues with missing awards:

On your iPhone make sure in Settings > Cellular that Fitness and Health are both enabled there
In Settings > General > Date & Time ensure that "Set Automatically" is enabled and showing your correct Time Zone
Make sure both device are fully updated.

Hi,

Still having problems.

My Settings > Cellular Fitness and Health are both enabled

Date and Time is Set Automatically to New York (Im in the Eastern Time Zone)

My Watch OS is 9.3.1 and iPhone OS is 16.3.1

I have unpaired and restored the Watch

I have rebooted the iPhone and the Watch

I have restarted Fitness, Health apps on the Watch and Fitness and Health on the iPhone.

The current status is...

My Watch says today for the 200% Move Goal that I've "Most Recent 3/6/23. You need another 0 kilocalories to earn this award today." (So on the Watch it knows I have over 600 calories but for some reason is not giving me the award).

On the Watch when I scroll through the Awards I see award types but I don't see any of the Limited Edition Awards that I've earned.

On the iPhone, I don't see Awards on the Day totals. In fact, although I was seeing Awards yesterday I don't see them anywhere today.
