My iPhone keeps blinking on and off the Apple logo
So I dont have a MacBook or Windows and my phone keeps blinking on and off the apple logo sign. It wont cut on to the homepage or anything.

It sounds like your iPhone has gone into the "Boot Loop". You may need a computer to restart or restore your iPhone. You may be able to borrow one from family or friends. Otherwise, go to your local Apple Store and ask them for help.
