Please help, my MacBook Pro keeps crashing when going into sleep mode or closing the monitor down, whether on battery or on power. I've wiped the volume and reinstalled MacOS Ventura, run hardware diagnostics - no issues, cleared PRAM & SMC, run disk/volume health check etc. Nothing seems to help...

Am no expert, yet your question surely deserves some response.

✽. Wondering if you have enough memory / storage on your Mac (at least 50 Gb free) for your Operating System to work smoothly.
How to check, and /or free up storage space on your Mac.
(Back everything up first, if you need to delete items)
Free up storage space on your Mac - Apple Support
✽. Sometimes third-party (non-Apple) apps (eg: including unnecessary virus checkers, ad blockers etc.) can cause issues.
Try turning off any such apps., (even "Chrome", etc can cause issues)
Check to see if there is any change.
if need be: uninstall using the uninstaller from the developer.
