How can I make my Macbook forget the Personal Hotspot settings

I'm having issues connecting my Macbook Pro (2018) with my Iphone. It does work, but it takes several attempts and sometimes the connection doesn't work at all. It looks like my Macbook stored old info from my Iphone. For example, when I change the hotspot password in my Iphone, the connection still works (sometimes). And on other occasions an old iPhone name appears in the list and is connected.

Anyhow, I want my MacBook simply to completely forget all it knows about my iPhone regarding the personal hotspot. But how do I do this?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 13.2

See these two support pages:--> Change Network settings on Mac and/or:--> Change Wi-Fi settings on Mac

Open the Main Keychain app on your Mac and tap iCloud in the menu bar.

Find your iPhone in the list, under Password for AirPort Network, and delete it. This will delete the Hotspot connection between your Mac and your iPhone and you will have to enter the password again.
