How do I set up a Teacher/Student account on my ipad?

Essentially i am looking for a way to have a Teacher (Admin) and a Student account on my iPad's. Where the Teacher(Admin) account has admin power and the student account can just browse the web and do basic educational work. With the student account, i do not want them to sign out of the apple id, purchase anything, turn off find my ipad, etc... Is there an easy way to achieve this?
