I’m trying to update my payment method for my apps. It says my account has been disabled

My app credit card I used was lost and I’m trying to put in new payment method and it says my account is disabled. How do I correct this?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16

You will need to contact Apple Support before you can add the payment method if your account is disabled. This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you.
