notifications are on vibrate and i wish to change to sound and vibrate there used to be a selection for that but i can not find it

how can i change from vibration to sound and vibration on my iPhone 13

Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Play Haptics in Ring Mode and also turn on the Ring/Silent switch on the left side of the phone.
