Had to replace a hacked credit card. Deleted it in wallet (iOS 16.3.1 on iPad)
but Safari continues to auto fill obsolete info and will not give me the option to use the newly added card.

I think I found the solution, but haven’t tested it in an order form yet.
Settings > Safari > Auto Fill > Credit Cards, where the old cards can be selected and deleted, and the new card added.

Try deleting the history and cookies in Safari.
How do you do that on iPad?
