It just disappeared. A VERY VERY important message. Now I can't log into another account because of it. I need that email. It's gone. I have checked every place. I moved it while logged onto my iCloud account on-line. It is no where to be found. I have no other account.

Thank you for the link. Unfortunately after going around and around with the person trying to help me, it finally came out that they cannot find or locate missing email no matter the cause. I asked her to report their glitch since it has happened to me before, but not with an important email like this, and seems to have happened to others.
I confirm that I had that problem too, and more than once !
Moreover, I think that it's the way iCloud manages spams that is problematic. In addition of those disappearing messages, I have e-mails going to my spam folder and I can't add them in a safelist. They are always marked as spam despite all the actions I tried to avoid that. And calls to the support didn't help. I'm thinking of going away from icloud to manage my e-mails.
