Lost email moving from Junk to Inbox on iCloud

It just disappeared. A VERY VERY important message. Now I can't log into another account because of it. I need that email. It's gone. I have checked every place. I moved it while logged onto my iCloud account on-line. It is no where to be found. I have no other account.

I confirm that I had that problem too, and more than once !


Moreover, I think that it's the way iCloud manages spams that is problematic. In addition of those disappearing messages, I have e-mails going to my spam folder and I can't add them in a safelist. They are always marked as spam despite all the actions I tried to avoid that. And calls to the support didn't help. I'm thinking of going away from icloud to manage my e-mails.
