Hello allenfromnorthville,

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We see you want to copy notes from iCloud to local storage on your iPhone.

To do this, try the following:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Notes.
  3. There you will see "On my iPhone" Account. Toggle that to the on position.
  4. Go to the note or notes you would like to copy, and highlight all of the text, then press and hold.
  5. Select Copy.
  6. Tap Folders at the top left.
  7. Tap Notes under "On my iPhone" and create a new note.
  8. Press and hold the body of your note, and paste.

More info on using Local Notes on your iPhone can be found here: Add or remove accounts in Notes on iPhone - Apple Support

We hope this helps!

Cheers!
