I have the latest iPhone (iPhone 14 pro max) and updated to the latest iOS version. My wallpaper keeps changing from my custom one to the default one constantly and I have done everything to fix it but it keeps happening

Have you set up Focuses on your phone? Focuses can have wallpapers assigned to them which will be activated when you turn on that Focus.

No I do not have any focus , but it did start happening when I turned off the driving mode
